I recently stayed at Finca Hotel La Esperanza for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The grounds of the hotel were absolutely stunning and well-maintained. Everything was clean and organized, and the children's area was a hit with my kids. They even had complimentary coffee and tea available all day, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to Parque del Cafe and other attractions in the area. I highly recommend this place!

The morning meal could have been better. We had a rough start with no coffee or bread, and the chef seemed to be in a bad mood.

The staff were amazing - very friendly and genuinely eager to help and make us feel at home. The facilities were beautiful and organized, and everything was very clean and well kept. We particularly enjoyed the lovely garden area and the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offered coffee and tea all day, which was a nice touch.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. Firstly, the rooms did not have air conditioning, so it got quite hot at night and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We had a romantic getaway and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to attractions and surrounded by beautiful nature. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant.

The room was not as clean as we expected, there were some stains on the sheets and the bathroom needed some maintenance. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and almost non-existent in our room.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a major downside, especially during the hot summer weather. The beds were not very comfortable and were on the harder side.
